For buyers purchasing motorized Tomy/ Trackmaster Thomas Trains, I test all my trains prior to posting. All trains will be working unless otherwise stated in the title. Please be aware, with the motorized trains, most are 15-25 years old, and therefore the motors may go limp if not turned on every few days. Just because the train is not operating as soon as you receive it does not mean it is broken. Confirm you are using the correct battery??

If the train is still inoperable, firmly bang the bottom of the train right-side-up onto a hard surface (such as a counter or floor) lifting the train about 4-5 inches from the ground. Repeat several times until the train becomes operable. The force is usually enough to get the motor running again, especially for the older Tomy models. I provide a very detailed description for all of my items, as well as high quality photos which are part of the description too.

All order cancellations must be done within the first 30 minutes of placing the initial order. After 30 minutes, the order, if already paid for, will be processed no matter the circumstance.
