Thank you for looking ^^^. This is a Thomas collection for sale. The Thomas Engine Collection Series (also known as TECS) was commercialized by Bandai's Play Toy Division and was produced until around 2008. It is a hand toy that does not consider the rail system.

You can connect and replace the front and rear magnets with a lever. It is made of steel, so it has a massive feel.
