Lionel G Gauge Thomas The Tank Engine Set Large Scale Vintage Shining Time

Up for sale is a vintage Shining Time Station Thomas the Tank Engine G scale set by Lionel. This is a real collector's item.

Lionel no longer makes G scale products, and this coming from the 90s represents a different era. Thomas runs quite well, but could really do with an oiling and a good run in. I would say he may need to be pushed along for a bit before moving again, only because he has been sitting in storage for some time.

His eyes move side to side but he is missing coal detail in his bunker. He does not have separate faces. The passenger cars are in a good condition, with some slight chipping on the roofs. But their wheels still turn and they still roll fine.

I do not have the original transformer this set came with, and have instead included a Bachmann large scale transformer this works better than the cheap Lionel one anyways. It also comes included with Lionel large scale track.
