1999 First Edition 5-car Train Pack Hard At Work Thomas Troublesome Truck

It included a "hard at work" Thomas (replaced with a normal Thomas in 2002). Purple Barrel Car with petrol and oil barrels. And a Red Sodor Line Caboose. This pack introduced the "Hard at Work" Thomas with a molded plastic funnel.

It was previously available in 1998 with the Thomas and Bertie's Great Race Set, but with a wooden funnel. The 2002 version of this pack came with a regular 2002 Thomas, rather than the " Hard at Work " Thomas. It was not featured in the 1999 or 2000 pamphlets, but was featured in the 2000 yearbook. LC99097 in the original the box w/character Cards. A COLLECTOR'S MUST HAVE.

There is some minimal shelf wear but hey. It's been retired for a lot of years!
